If I'm breathing I'm eating

A girl has to eat, and let me tell you this girl can eat! I could easily give a sumo wrestler a run for their money. I have successfully left every waiter I've ever had absolutely astonished with my ability to consume large amounts of food. I absolutely love the feeling of sitting down and being waited on. I don't enjoy it because I am spoiled, or feel entitled to have someone cater to my every need. I simply enjoy the ambiance of the whole dining out experience. Don't get me wrong I enjoy cooking a nice meal at home just as much as anyone else. However, taking comfort in a nice meal is a much different experience when someone else has prepared the meal and attended to the clean up; especially after a long day at work. I admire an establishment that not only provides prompt and attenative service, but also turns your meal into a delightful momentary escape from life. Eating should not be just a mundane necessity, you should be savoring each blissful bite. It takes talent to transform simple ingredients into an expression of art. Food is a huge part of my life, I've made it a goal to try as many hot spots and hole in the walls I can. While I eat out about 5 times a week, I at least try to make one time a week a new place in my efforts to "eat my way through the bay". I've been scoping out the best places to grab a bite since I was fifteen, ranging anywhere from fancy restaurants to quick little hole in the walls. It's been the latter from food that's edability was questionable, to food so delicious I'd swear I'd died and gone to heaven. It hasn't always been the easiest adventure, for my bank account or my waistline. I'm often asked for my recommendation on great places to eat by coworkers, friends, and family; and more recently by customers at work. So I review these restaurants and provide an honest opinion whether it be positive or not so much. I would love to try out any place my readers would like me to and provide my honest review. I enjoy trying any place from a little cafe to a fancy restaurant. I hope you guys enjoy my food journey with me, keep reading!
