Tender to the bone

For those of you who are full blown meat lovers, you've just discovered a meat eaters paradise. Many places do barbecue, and do it quite well. However, no one does barbecue quite like, “Bounty Hunter.” The meats here have excellent texture and incredible flavor. The small yet charismatic wine bar offers an impressive selection of wines, yet also serves up some fantastic finger licking good barbecue. The delightful aromas greet you from a block away, and are an early indication of the invigorating experience to come. The restaurant is a perfect blend of rustic western meeting up-scale fine dining. Bounty Hunter’s wonderful customer service and unique decor, add a certain level of charm and ambiance to your dining experience. I've tried many different pulled pork sandwiches in my search for that perfect yet juicy sandwich. None have come close to the mouth watering pulled pork served at the Bounty Hunter. This blissful sandwich has just the right taste to sink your teeth into, taste bud heaven! While the pulled pork and smoked brisket are simply delightful, nothing compares to their exemplary barbecue ribs. The ribs maintain that delectable smoky flavor while remaining succulent enough to fall right off the bone. To start, the “Charcuterie Plate” is a great appetizer of fine meats, containing just enough to hold you off. Meanwhile, your hunger is being teased by the restaurant’s intoxicating aromas. I suggest giving the “Bounty Hunter Smokin' BBQ Platter” a try. This platter has a little bit of all the hits, add the beer can chicken for an additional protein kick it’s absolutely worth it!The sauces are wonderful and each pack a unique kick to perfectly compliment any dish. Nothing goes better with absolutely superb meat than the traditional southern sides. Bounty Hunter’s mac and cheese is so cheesy and rich, it's the perfect pair up with any plate. The coleslaw is a personal favorite of mine, a masterpiece all by itself if you ask me. No visit would be complete without a scotch to settle your stomach, and a chocolate dessert to satisfy your hearts desires. Their “Chocolate Pot De Creme” is absolutely stunning! The chocolate is rich and creamy with the perfect velvety finish. The appetizers, the main dishes, the desserts, anything you try will be absolutely phenomenal. Everything about Bounty Hunter will have you wanting to go back time and time again.
